EXERCISE HOW-TO : 
Begin with the foam of the Flexistretcher around your lower spine and each loop around one foot. Have the soles of your feet together and relax your body forward.
#FLXtip : You can use your forearms to gently press down on your knees, deepening the stretch!

SEATED SINGLE LEG HAMSTRING STRETCH

EXERCISE HOW-TO : 

Begin sitting tall with one leg extended out in front of you, other leg bent with the sole of that foot attached to your other inner thigh. Hold onto the metal loops of the Flexistretcher and have the foam center around your bottom foot. Fold forward, maintaining a long and lengthened spine.
#FLXtip : Bend your bottom knee if you start to round in your spine.

SINGLE LEG BOW POSE

EXERCISE HOW-TO : 

Begin lying on your stomach & bend one heel towards your glute. Bring the center of the Flexistretcher around your flexed back foot & one hand is in both the loops. Support yourself by bringing your opposite forearm to the ground. Reach your arm in the loops up above you as you flex strongly in the back foot, kicking the foot back into the Flexistretcher's elastic center.
#FLXtip : to intensify the stretch, you can press down into the bottom palm instead of forearm.
