Nutcracker Warm Up Series!

It's Nutcracker season, and there's nothing more important than a good warm up during performance season to stay healthy and prevent injury.  The warm up works to slowly increase the heart rate and blood flow in the body in order to prepare the body for performance.  By implementing this warm up into your routine before warm class, you'll be sure to keep your core tight for Arabian and stay warm for Snow scene!
