SETUP : FEET ARE HIP-WIDTH DISTANCE APART STANDING ON THE FOAM CENTER OF THE FLEXISTRETCHER. HANDS ARE IN THE LOOPS, PALMS FACING UP TOWARDS THE CEILING, ARMS BEHIND YOU.

BEND YOUR KNEES AND SIT BACK, KEEPING THE SPINE LONG. WITH ARMS LENGTHENED LONG BEND YOUR ELBOWS & SLOWLY RETURN BACK TO STRAIGHT ARMS.

#FLXTIP : KEEP SHOULDERS DOWN AWAY FROM THE EARS. CORE ENGAGED WITH RIBS IN.

BICEP FOCUS
